Client

The Client selects a cellular communication tariff for purchase at the terminal. The operator accompanies the Client through all the stages of buying a SIM card. The final stage of buying a SIM card is printing and issuing a contract receipt, as well as issuing a physical SIM card.

Operator

The operator can conduct transactions for the purchase and sale of a SIM card via video communication. The system allows you to receive calls from Clients, turn off the call in case of Force Majeure, and also set a break time.

Administrator and Security

To manage users, terminals and content, the roles of the administrator and security services are allocated, the system and content are managed through the administrator panel.

Shareholder

The shareholder application provides up-to-date statistics on sales of SIM-cards using the terminals of the SIMPAD system. Application users have the ability to monitor financial and other indicators of the system. The application presents statistics in the form of histograms and charts for the following indicators: - sales of SIM-cards by day; - sales of SIM-cards by geographical location; - popular tariffs; - operating time of terminals; - statuses of completed sessions for the sale of SIM-cards. Monitoring the geographical scalability of the SIMPAD system allows shareholders and investors to see the location of all available terminals on the map.

Technician

The application is intended for SIMPAD system technicians who perform terminal maintenance. The list of requests provides the technician with current types of work at specific addresses of terminals in his city, which will allow the technician to build a convenient route for fulfilling requests. Receiving notifications about the availability of current requests will allow technicians to be aware of the status of the terminals! For convenience, technicians can see on the map the geographical location of terminals located in their city. The map has the ability to search for specific terminals by number or address of their location, filter terminals by technical parameters. Fulfillment of requests allows you to quickly transfer terminals to normal mode.
